I am trying to set up my site and what I am having trouble with is I have several different categories such as screen print transfers, pre order screen print transfers, sublimation prints, tumblers, and bubble gum necklaces. And what I am wanting to do and need help with is once I get the collection set up for screen print transfers, I would like to have sub categories under it such as baseball prints, then under that have full color, white ink, and black ink. But on my home page I have the screen print transfers and when I click that link I would like for it to take me to another page that will have baseball screen prints

It seems like you’re looking to add some drop down menus to your main navigation menu. You can do this natively through the Shopify admin which you can find out more about here.
But there are also several apps in the Shopify App store which have this feature with more details. You can see some of the ones I like the most below:
