I need to charge based on zipcode in my shopify store. I’ve tried some apps but they are telling me to activate CCS API and for that I need to upgrade shopify plan. I don’t have such budget. Help me to achieve this task without need to upgrade my plan.
It’s not possible. Your options are limited to what’s feasible with setting up shipping zones.
Can you guide me then, how can I achieve this?

Yeah! I’ve 5 groups and there’s no other condition on products is there. I
just need to add shipping rates on all the products based on zipcode group.
Hey Devfolks. As others have said here, I don’t think you’ll be able to do this on the plan you’re on - you’ll need to upgrade or try another tool.

First need to create 5 rates(different each name) on the Shopify settings, and using above app, it has options to hide shipping rates according to zipcode.
in the app creates first rule and write shipping method name, and set condition by zipcode.
app have also available live chat, feel free to connect for a quick response.
Note: Are you using any automatic discount app? Like wholesale, bundle, volume, etc.. because such an app generates draft orders and our app does not work on draft order checkout.
