I’m using the Shopify email right now, and this is probably a silly question - I want to share the sign up with my social media following to get subscribers, but I don’t know how to send it? Do I have to make a landing page?
Topic summary
A user asks how to share their Shopify Email signup form on social media without creating a separate landing page.
Initial guidance provided:
- Navigate to Marketing → Shopify Email → Subscriber Lists → Manage
- Copy the direct signup link from the “Share” section
- Post this link directly on social media with engaging copy and clear call-to-action
Problem identified:
Multiple users report they cannot find “Subscriber Lists” or “Signup Forms” in their Marketing tab—only “Campaigns” and “Automations” appear. The original instructions don’t match their Shopify interface.
Current status:
The discussion remains unresolved with no verified solution. One user suggests using a custom URL format pointing to a contact footer section (e.g., yoursite.com/#ContactFooter), but this workaround hasn’t been confirmed by others. Several participants express frustration that the recommended steps don’t work with their current Shopify setup.
Hey Pajot,
This is definitely not a silly question. Being a beginner or a learner comes with basic questions like the Sharing Your Email Sign Up link.
To share the link, you need to have a direct link to the signup form.
Let’s assume you are starting from scratch.
So the first step is finding your signup form’s direct link:
Follow the given steps to get the link:
-
In your Shopify admin, go to Marketing.
-
Click on Shopify Email.
-
Navigate to Subscriber Lists.
-
Under your list, find the Signup Forms section and click on Manage.
-
You’ll see a section titled Share. Copy the direct link provided.
Now comes the second step, which is sharing your signup link.
Since you asked about a personalized landing page, you don’t have to create a separate landing page. The direct link takes users directly to your Shopify sign-up form. This will mitigate the task of code knowledge or a landing page builder.
Instead, you can try to create creative and engaging posts across your various social media platforms with a brief description of why people should subscribe and, as a CTA, Include the direct link you copied with an action like “Sign up here” or “Subscribe now” to direct your followers to the signup link.
I’m sorry, I actually can’t find the subscribers list. When I go to Marketing it just shows campaigns, automations, but no Subsriber List of Signup forms
I don’t have it either. Did you ever find a solution please?
me either. My display is the same as yours.
Is there a way to get the most up to date information on this? I don’t show a subscribers list under the Marketing tab. Under Marketing it only says Campaigns and Automations.
This does not work. Has anyone found a solution?
Nope. So annoying.
