How can I shift banner text to the left using CSS in Craft theme?

Hello, i would like to move the text on my banner more to the left. How can i do it using css? I’m using craft theme. Thank you

is it also possible to add black outline to this text? so we can see it better when there is white in background

You can try to follow these steps:

Go to Online Store → Themes → Actions → Edit code

Go to Assets folder → base.css file or theme.scss.liquid file

Add this following code at the bottom of page:

.banner-text {
  margin-left: 10px; /* Adjust the margin value as desired */
  color: white; /* Set the text color to contrast with the black outline */
  text-shadow: -1px -1px 0 black, 1px -1px 0 black, -1px 1px 0 black, 1px 1px 0 black; /* Specify the black outline */
}

Save and preview
