I just started my business and have been using shipping tubes, but I realized later on there isn’t really an option for mailing tubes just boxes. What do I put? I went to USPS and they didn’t seem to realize an issue because I put the weight of the tube for the “box” package that Shopify automatically puts. So far It hasn’t been an issue but since I’m starting out I’d like to put the tube in instead of charging me and my customers for a whole box… I’m very new to this so any advice helps.

I am having the same issue. Can anyone advise how to use Shopify to correctly label and ship a USPS mailing tube?
