We want all the products on our website to show the discounted price but in our Brick and Mortar store to show the regular price. I know how to print a label with the regular price but when you scan the barcode it still rings up as the discounted price. How can I use the sales price on our website but full price in store (without a coupon code for online bc this is less visually appealing for customers)
Topic summary
A merchant wants to display discounted prices on their website while charging full prices in their physical store using Shopify POS. Currently, when scanning product barcodes in-store, the system applies the online discounted price rather than the regular price, even though labels can be printed with full pricing.
Current Issue:
- Products show discounted prices both online and at POS checkout
- Barcode scanning pulls the discounted price automatically
- Using coupon codes online is not preferred due to poor user experience
Proposed Solution:
A third-party app called “Multiprice” was recommended, which enables different pricing by sales channel without duplicating the product catalog. This would allow separate pricing for online versus in-store purchases.
The discussion remains open for the original poster to test the suggested solution.
Hi,

Hi @Slade @JH_TECH , I created an app Multiprice that helps solve this problem: https://apps.shopify.com/multiprice-custom-pos-pricing
The app allows you set different pricing by sales channel, without needing to duplicate your catalog. Please let me know if you have any issues with it!
