Hello! Currently shopify shows returns and cancellations on the day of the event happening, vs the day of the original sale. For eg if a customer ordered an item worth $10 on 1 Jan and returned on 10Jan; the sales of 10 Jan shows lesser by $10, but actually it’s the sale of 1 Jan that should be lesser.
this makes it very tough to see per day sales accurately on the shopify dashboard. Please help; what’s a good way to resolve?
