I’ve recently migrated from POS Classic to the new iOS-centred POS system. I’m finding it quite absurd that there is no iOS-to-iOS Customer View feature. When I migrated, I was unfortunately led to believe that Android devices would be incompatible with the new system, so I got rid of my beloved Blackberry and bought an iPhone. Now I’ve discovered that not only does Android Customer View still integrate with the new POS, but that you need an Android to use this feature, it doesn’t exist on iOS.
Being in Covid, we can’t possibly share one iPad on either side of the plexiglas, so is there any way to link two iOS devices and simulate the Customer View app on an iPad?
