Hi, so I’ve been having some trouble with the Shopify payment section. I am struggling to understand how to make the whole Paysera, visa and so on work. when directed to cash out on my website and choosing the visa option it says something like “pressing this will redirect you to the payment page” which all makes sense to me but I am unsure on how to connect my account. And as well for Canada, it won’t let me verify myself as it does not accept health cards, photo ID nor passpo… What am I supposed to do?

Your bank account is connected to your payment gateways via your store’s admin - from your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments, then In the Shopify Payments section, click Manage and you should see the current details there.
You mentioned that it won’t let me verify - do you currently have a banner on your admin asking you to upload ID documents, and these keep getting rejected is that correct?
