We have issues allowing customers to pay in multiple currencies with Klarna, anyone has ideas to how this can be fixed? And does Shopify have an email address where I can contact them? I tried to find it, but it was tricky..

Are you able to clarify the issue that you’re facing, regarding paying in multiple currencies with Klarna?
For more information, if you’re using Klarna via Shopify Payments, then Klarna will be shown in Euros (EUR) at checkout to customers in the following regions:
- Austria
- Finland
- Germany
- Netherlands
If your customers are located in Denmark, Sweden, or the United Kingdom however, they won’t be able to checkout in EUR. Customers located in these regions will need to use their local currencies instead. More information can be found on our help guide here.
If you’ve added Klarna to your store as an alternative payment method instead, you can contact the Klarna support team directly with your query. This is because your store’s Klarna gateway is supportable by Klarna rather than by Shopify under the Shopify Payments gateway.
