How can I solve my theme connection issue with a local IDE?

Hi all, when I try to connect to a topic with a local IDE in order to work and see changes without a commit, I ran into a problem, when I try to connect,

theme get --list

I get an error, tell me what could be the problem?

[API] Invalid API key or access token (unrecognized login or wrong password)
