How can I solve tracking issues on my e-commerce site with Dawn Theme?

Good evening,

I have some tracking issues with https://itally.net/, I have Dawn Theme.

I’m managing 3 other E-commerce with Premium templates and I’ve never seen this tracking problems.

  1. Shopify is not tracking “Add to cart” properly (I’ve already tried to change the cart from drawer/pop up to page). I tried manually to “Add to cart” products from various devices. Most of the actions are lost and not visible in Shopify Analytics.

  2. Google Tag Manager is not receiving “Add to Cart” & “Checkout” Events.

  3. Facebook Pixel is tracking 4 times the “Pageviews” with really bad quality. All the other events are probably suffering the same problems.

Can somebody help me?
