How can I speak to a live person at Shopify?

I need to talk to a live person in shopify. Its very frustrating cause theres no contact number to call. When you click support it keeps sending you to a Q& A firom which i doint need.

At this point , I dont even know where this message is going or whose going to read it

If you’re having issues with accessing the Help Center, you can follow the steps below to see if it’ll help:

  • Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser’s cookies and cache prior to accessing our Help Center again
  • You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, you can try contacting our live support team via Chrome or Firefox
  • You can also try to use another device, such as your mobile or a tablet
