hello everyone, I have a simple question; I want to start selling immediately, I have chosen my shopify subscription but I am blocked because I am still in the trial days and therefore my e-commerce has a password for customers, so how can I unlock this situation and start immediately with my online site ?
Hi @lucafranzu , I’m not completely sure about the process, especially because I haven’t seen your store setup. But for sure, you have to remove password from your store:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Preferences.
- Go to the Password protection area.
- Uncheck Enable password.
- Click Save.

Welcome to Shopify and congratulations on your new store!
Don’t worry, being in a trial before your plan kicks in will not prevent you from selling. You can simply remove your password page from your store to start selling.
To remove your password page, head to Online Store > Preferences > Deselect Enable Password. That’s it!
In the meantime, I would love for you to provide your store domain so I can take a look and provide feedback before launch. I also recommend using out Launch Checklist to ensure you have completed all the necessary steps to launch a successful Shopify store.
