We have a bot placing abandoned orders in batches of 5 every 9 hours, for over a week. They are adding hidden/locked products they should not have access to with out an approved account/login. We also have shopify plus, and made a request with shopify to allow us access to the shopify plus exclusive bot protection. The support flatly denied our request, stating “we don’t need it”. I then followed up with a call, same answer.

They have been developed a few days ago, I was the first to use it, and now basically all the bugs are eliminated. My shop is extremely clean today

What has been developed? We are still seeing the same problem.

I’m also having the same problem. Was there any solution to this? We are plagued by the Bellevue Bots Too, hundreds of abandoned carts everyday, this is very frustrating, I thought Shopify was a reliable platform but this was a wakeup call

We do too, and they just email us apps to try.
