How can I stop abandoned cart spam without a paid plugin?

I know this has been asked before but is there anyway to stop abandoned cart spam without using an additional plugin (PAID) cause it just sound ridiculous that we need to put up another fee for shopify’s weakness.
Fraud filter doesn’t do nothing.
