How can I stop sending 'Track Your Order' emails to customers?

Hi,

Is there a way to remove the Track Your Order with Shop email notification sent to customers?

We want to keep the Sho Pay app, we just want to stop sending Track Your Order with Shop emails to our customers. I unchecked the “Show a link to download the Shop App” from Settings>Checkout but they still received the email.

Thanks! How can we stop Shop Pay from sending this email to customers?

Still no answers to this? Id like to know as well. I sell stickers and I use letter mail postage to ship which doesn’t have tracking. Its very annoying when customers contact me regarding tracking because SHOP sent them the “Track Your Order” email.
