I hope you’re doing well, thanks for posting! When you mention you are trying to add an app, are you trying to add an app that is listed in the Shopify App Store to your Shopify Admin? Or, are you trying to add an app you developed?

We have a help guide for our developers which you can find here, that will walk you through how to build an app for Shopify, as well as how to have it approved to be listed in the Shopify App store. Can you walk me through the steps you have taken which failed?

Lastly, I would love if you could explain your app, and how it will fit into the Shopify ecosystem! It appears the link you provided is for life insurance.
