HI. I am having trouble tailoring my confirmation purchase emails. I would like to add a Spotify music playlist link to them so I don’t bombard customers with lots of correspondence! So once they have made a purchase, they get everything they need on their confirmation of their order. There is a physical box and a digital version of my product and therefore I need to add these links in two different places. I know where to add them BUT the links do not work!! Has anyone had this problem before?? Hoping there is a solution!
