How can I successfully cancel my subscription and get a refund?

  • @everyone I spoke to someone a few weeks ago about canceling my service. Never got the refund as promised, only to be charged again today! Note the once active phone number is no longer active and doesn’t help you speak to a human. I am beyond irate. I’m contacting the BBB! We will let them deal with it. I bet you’ll answer then.
