Hello, I have recently added Click & Collect from Royal Mail to my account, I feel that orders should migrate straight from Shopify to Click & Collect but although it looks like they are connected it does not work - any ideas how to make it work?
Hello and thank you for coming back to me about this. I had already done everything you list above and the green link shows in my Click & Drop account, see the screen shot below. So it should be linked, but when I did a test order the order appeared in Shopify but did not get pulled through to Click & Drop.
Looking at the Apps and Sales Channels in Shopify it shows ‘Buy Button’ and ‘Point of Sale’ which I assume is Click and Drop? so this looks like it is connected. Is there a way to do a test sale without making a payment?
