Hmmm…it’s working fine on my test store, though someone else reported the same issue earlier: https://community.shopify.com/c/technical-q-a/export-inventory/m-p/1891365#M115801
It’s possible it’s a temporary Shopify issue affecting a small number of stores.
I’m curious, if you choose the “Current page” option when exporting products instead of “All products”, does that work? This option should start the download right away without having to wait for an email.
If that doesn’t work, then I’m guessing it’s a temporary issue with Shopify.
If I export a page the download is immediate. So that works. It is when I ask for all products it does not download and I do not receive an email.
I’ve found that it can send the email a couple of minutes later, or even up to 15-20 minutes, depending on how many items you have in your store. It may wind up taking a little longer. Additionally, your email may consider it a continuation of an email chain if you’ve asked for an export somewhat recently.
I’d say just keep checking back and see if it shows up. Usually it does, OR the emails are going to a different email address perhaps?
