How can I successfully edit the order confirmation email?

Hi, I'm trying to edit the order confirmation email but without success, I'd love to get help.

Hi @ASYDIRECT if you read the logical carefully you’ll notice you’ve added text to the part that applies only to local-pickup.

If you mean for shipping arrivals to the customer shipping address you’ll want to edit the text after the {% else %} tag.

It can also take a bit for such changes to take affect so you may need to wait awhile.

Otherwise to completely test order notifications you may need to place a test order/draft-order through checkout as the preview/test-email for notifications doesn’t cover a lot of situations.
