I am trying to add the “All in One Accessibility app” for my shopify store. However, its making me request access, but when I click it and go to the store email for this shopify account it won’t allow me to grant access or allow me to download and purchase the app.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with installing the app All in One Accessibility to the shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are you receiving the following error when attempting to install the app from the Shopify App Store:
“Oauth error invalid_request: Your account does not have permission to grant the requested access for this app. You may be able to resolve this issue by reinstalling the app as the account owner”
If so, this would be related to staff permissions that are granted by the Account Owner. Any staff members without permissions to Manage and install apps and channels will be unable to download apps from the Shopify App Store. For more information on staff permissions, I’d recommend checking out our Managing Permissions documentation as it touches on this further.
To ensure this gets resolved, I’d recommend connecting with the Account Owner to have them install the app to the shop. In the case the Account Owner runs into this error, please have them Contact Support to allow for further investigation.
