When verifying your domain, if you’re not receiving the email link you may have to change it within your Domain settings of the admin. This can be done by navigating to your Shopify Admin > Settings > Domains > Shopify-managed domains and then click Manage next to the domain. You’ll see an option to Edit in the Registrar Information section. Once completed, the verification email will automatically resend after changing the email on file.

If you’re seeing a yellow banner within your Domain settings (screenshot included below) can you try clicking Resend email. You’ll receive an email shortly after and will need to click the verification link within the email.
