I’m not able to verify my new primary domain (bought from Shopify 12/21). When I request for a verification email to be sent to my email address, I never get the email (I’ve tried several times, and checked my Spam folder). Any ideas?

Is there another email address you can try sending the verification request to? Preferably this would be an address not associated with the domain (like a gmail or hotmail address rather than a custom domain email).
You can follow these steps to change the email address that the verification request is being sent to:
- From your admin, go to Settings > Domains > Shopify-managed domains
- Click Manage
- In the Registrar Information section, click Edit
- Update the email address on file and Save your changes
Then, you should be able to click the “Resend email” button from the domain settings page again. Let me know if that works for you! If not, please get in touch with our Support team through the Shopify Help Center so we can investigate further and help you resolve this.
I figured it out. It was pulling a mistyped (.com.com) email address from my WHOIS registration. Thx very much for followup.
