I have a number of pre orders for a product that will be ready to ship soon (from a successful crowdfunding campaign). Before we ship, I want to send out a survey to customers that does two things: 1. Collects their current shipping information and 2. Offers them several pages of accessories that they can add to their order and then checkout/make paymrent. Is there a way to do that?

Hi! I am not sure if this is helpful, our app Gojiberry Survey & Feedback currently can have open ended text fields for point 1. As for point 2, we have a function that allows shop owners to give incentives to customers after they have answered a survey question (in form of coupon / loyalty points). What you can do is give out coupons/points for customers so they will come back to purchase the accessories. Unfortunately the surveys are for post-purchase.
