I need to remove my social security number and add an EIN for a non profit store I volunteer. Any suggestions on how I do this?

Are you referring to the business/tax information you entered when creating your Shopify Payments account? Changes to that information will need to be done by our Merchant Tax Support team.
In order to do that, we’ll need to access your account and initiate an escalation to them.
