How can I switch my yearly plan back to monthly due to billing issues?

Hello,

My current plan is trying to charge me $900 for a yearly plan. I’m trying to change it back to monthly. I’ve called customer support several times and have been told this issue is evaluated and someone from billing would reach out to me. It’s going on 2 weeks and no response or help. They have tried to take out $900 from several different cards 6 times and I can’t fulfill my orders. Can someone help me change my plan back to a monthly rate?
