How can I sync local system changes with Shopify theme kit?

Hello,
I’m connection my shopify live theme to local system using theme kit in vs code,
if I made changes in shopify local system then I’m push all changes to shopify using ‘theme watch’ command,

but if some of reason client made changes in shopify edit code section then changes some file, css ,section then how can I get every time in local system this all changes ?
any command for this?

any solution of this?
