Hello!
Has anyone found a good way to sync transactions made in a Shopify Balance account (debit card purchases, transfers, etc.) with Quickbooks? Typically you have to link your bank to Quickbooks, but Shopify Balance does not show up as an option.
Will transactions use the QuickBooks Online by OneSaas app to sync this data?

There’s more conversation about that over here. Really hoping Shopify will weigh in soon but at the time of writing this Shopify Balance has no bank feed.

Shopify has said:
“they expect a roll-out end of February (2022) but there is not a firm date at this time”
It’s a pain in the butt, but you can save the statement, then go to a file converter and convert the pdf to csv format. Open it in excel and manually edit the things it did wrong/delete the verbiage out. Then you would import it into quickbooks.
i really wish they’d fix this.
Contact evolve bank and trust. They are the actual bank for behind balance. They will get you set up with online access and you can sync from there.

Hi there, I called evolve and trust bank and they said they weren’t able to assist me with this… how were you able to get online access?
No known solution to date. I stopped using shopify balance for this
reason.
It now syncs with quickbooks it says, I haven’t tried it yet, but that’s what I have a notification for on my balance page.
how did you do this??
I just called them and they said if you don’t live with it a 250 mile radius of one of their locations you can’t make an account.
