When I make a refund, the profits are updated correctly in my shopify CP, but not on Google Analytics. How can I sync that data with GA?

You can do it manually by uploading a CSV file to match the refunded transaction with the transaction ID.
Head to admin, under Property, select Data Import, click Create

Hello thank you for your answer, but my question is specifically about the current version GA4. Here you don’t have the import refunds option.
