This site had given offer to sell products (drone camera) via Facebook and other ad media. They took money in advance as most of the online companies do. Then they send a link to track order.
But after a day that link is not working and at Shopify I could not find the store, that means they have removed their account.
This is clearly cheating. I have waited for one month to get a response from them and only after that I am writing here.
Please look into the matter and give their details for taking legal action.

I can see you have had some issues with an online purchase, which is certainly not ideal. It is never a nice experience when an online purchase doesn’t go as planned.
Whilst Shopify does provide the platform that many businesses use to sell online, we actually have no involvement in the day to day running of the businesses (orders, returns, shipping, refunds etc). We also cannot confirm if a store is using Shopify, or share any of their account details.
Have you tried replying to the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order? Perhaps they have other contact information that they provided you with? You could also try finding their social media accounts and trying to communicate with them that way. We have more information on contacting a store here.
You also mentioned that they provided you with a tracking number which no longer works - You could consider contacting the shipping company to inquire about the status of the package, as there may be a genuine reason for the delay.
You mentioned that you placed the order a month ago - we would usually advise waiting 30 days and if you still haven’t received the order, or heard back the store then you should contact your bank to discuss refund options. You can also use this online form to submit a complaint, which will be forwarded to the merchant.

They did not send me any mail, infact they did not ask for email id. They only asked for my mobile number and sent me a sms, screenshot of which I have already provided. The number from which they sent the message was a 7 digit number that can not used for calling or texting. The link they had provided in the sms was showing the confirmation of my purchase and also said that they will provide the tracking number once the product is shipped, which never happened and from the next day the link showed that such store does not exist. I have provided screenshot of that too. So I have no way to contact them. It’s a full proof scam it seems.

I understand that you did not use an email address to checkout on the store, and instead used a phone number so you cannot reply to the order confirmation email.
In that case it would seem that you cannot contact the store because you are unable to obtain any contact details and their store URL is not available. The next step should be reaching out to your bank to discuss how they can help you secure a refund. We are unable to issue any refunds on a stores behalf.
I would also recommend submitting a complaint using this online form, which will be forwarded to the merchants email address, and they will be made aware of the issue.
