I am not sure if I downloaded Oberlo, how can I check this out.
You don’t download Oberlo, it’s an App you install. You would see it in the Apps section of your site if you had installed it.

To make sure Oberlo is installed on your store, login to the admin of your Shopify store, and click on Apps. If you see Oberlo listed under Installed apps, you’re good to go! You can click on the name of the app to open it’s specific settings. In this case, click on Oberlo to get started.
If you don’t see it listed there, you can click the green button in the top right hand corner that says, Customize your store. This will bring you to the Shopify App Store. Simply search Oberlo, open the app details, and then click Add app. You will need to create an Oberlo free account if you haven’t already to finish the process.
