How can I tell if my store's checkout is working?

Hello all, my store cupblasterstore.com has been up for a little over a week now. We are based in Australia and have done a couple of sales to Australian customers. We have recently had a couple customers reach checkout and not convert. I am wondering if there is something wrong with the checking out process internationally. I have the markets and shipping set up properly for international customers. Is there a way I can tell if something is wrong, or could someone tell me.
