How can I temporarily put my website on hold for rebuilding?

Hi , I want to put my website in hold,

just the time to rebuilt it because I need to do it . But I don’t know how :grinning_face:

Hi @Jfbd247 Please follow the steps.

  1. Login in shopify admin.
  2. Scroll down and click on Setting
  3. Then click on Plan.
  4. Again click on Deactivate Store and you will find few options, you can select the option that will fits your need and you are ready to rebuild it.

Hopefully it will help you. If yes then Please don’t forget hit Like and Mark it as solution!

Just to make sure I understand, you wish to pause your store however continue to work on it?

If you would like to temporarily pause your store but continue to work on it, you can avail of our Pause and Build plan here at this page. With this plan, your store is still active but at a reduced cost of $9 USD per month. You can access your Shopify admin to edit your products as needed. However, please note that your checkout is currently deactivated, which means customers can view your products but cannot make purchases.
