How do I view discounts on a month to month basis. When I click on reports it does not load any data but i have multiple sales in the past month that should show up. is there a setting that i have to setup.

You can see discount codes per month using our free app Cube Reports
Just download the app, select category Product sales and drag&drop dimensions Month and Discount title into rows and/or cols and you will be presented a multidimensional view of your sales broken by months and discount codes.
