and request refund , how can i Track Refund status?

I understand you placed an order on a store you believe is using Shopify, and have since requested a refund and are wondering how to track the status of it.
To provide you with some context, Shopify provides the platform that many businesses use to sell online. However, we are not involved in the day to day running of the store such as orders & returns. This means that each business is responsible for managing their own store, and we have no visibility of things like tracking refunds.
Contacting the store is the best first step to take when it comes to order queries like this. I checked out the website you linked and was able to find the contact page where you can submit a request - that would be a good place to start. They also have their email address listed in the top announcement banner on the homepage, as well as their full store address, phone number and email in the bottom footer.
