I would like to track stock levels from our supplier, they have made a suggestion to use the app Smart Sync add-on but I don’t seem to be able to find it in the app store.
Can someone make a suggestion of what app to use that will support our suppliers stock level program Neto so that I can plug my store in to track stock levels.

Do you mean Neto the Australian company (now Maropost)? We work with a lot of Neto users. The easiest way would be for the supplier to provide a hosted csv file URL and you can then use any csv import app that will let you capture that file and map it to Shopify fields.

That is a great question. While I’m not familiar with the Smart Sync app, a popular option is Multi-Store Sync Power. That being said, your supplier will also need to be on Shopify for this app to work.
I tried looking for an app for if your supplier is not on Shopify, however was unsuccessful. If your supplier isn’t on Shopify, while not ideal, another option is for your supplier to provide you a CSV of their daily inventory levels each day/week. You can then upload this CSV to your store to update the levels each day.
