How can I track the source of newsletter subscriptions?

Hi all,

I would like to ask how to track the source for users subscribing to our news letter?

For example, we have a popup notification, footer subscription, checkout subscription, and a landing page.

Is there any method to track how many users subscribe from popup, footer and etc?

Reason: To target which source is better for generating email leads.
