How can I transfer a domain from an inactive to active store?

I will like to transfer the domain that I bought from my inactive store to my active store but the free trial from my inactive store is finish, so i can’t have access

please help

You will need to pay for the paid package or you can purchase another domain

What about the old one? Will they take money from my credit card plus the
new one?
