How can I transfer a domain to Shopify without confirmation email?

Hey, I am transfering the domain to shopify but the email I should receive the confirmation, is on the other site, where I initially had my domain. So I cannot get the confirmation email to make the transfer happen. Any clu on how I can solve this?
