Totally new to Shopify Balance so I’d like to know how to transfer money to my balance from my bank account. Any steps provided will be helpful.

I wish someone could show me in a video or something the steps that should be taken to ad money to my balance. That’s what I’m not figuring out.

I’ve tried following those instructions yesterday and am still confused. I’d like a video example if you have one of how you go by transferring funds from a connected bank account. Do you need the physical card to do this?

You can use both a virtual or physical card for your Shopify Balance. Every business eligible for Shopify Balance have a limit of one virtual card and one physical card. In regards to finding a video tutorial for you, we currently don’t have any videos at the moment.
However in order to guide you through this process, I would like to recommend getting in touch with a Support Advisor through our Live Callbacks as our advisors will be able to access your store after authentication and walk through with you step by step, the process of transferring funds. They will be able to guide you through in real time so if you get stuck at any step, the advisor is over the phone ready to help you out!
