How can I transfer my domain after my trial has expired?

Hi, my trial has expired and I can’t access the admin pages. I’d like to free up my domain from Shopify and transfer it (it’s been more than 60 days since activation). Can someone please help?

Thanks for reaching out.

In order to gain access to your Shopify store to manage the domain in question, we will need you to navigate to our Contact Us page and login to your store. This will allow you to speak with a Shopify Support Advisor that can unlock the store for an extended period of time. This should provide you with enough time to Transfer your domain outside of Shopify.
