How can I transfer my domain to a new store after suspension?

Hello,

Somebody help please, i don’t know what to do i am so confused i have contacted before with your support my previous store has been suspended and my domain is attached with those store i want to connect with new store coz old one is suspended by Shopify and i was requested for domain transfer to my new and your Shopify team said we can’t do this because your domain is third party. i have contacted with my domain provider and the domain provider mean GoDaddy support said contact with your store provider i am in wait more than two weeks ago i am so stressed please transfer my domain from old store to new store and i know Shopify support will resolve this issue coz i have contacted three time with my domain provider and followed the step told by the support member but didn’t resolved watch these screenshot of my request with domain provider i expect good from Shopify and please save my time thanks

To point the domain to a third-party website, you won’t need to disconnect the domain from Shopify first. Instead, you just need to edit your DNS settings within your GoDaddy account to point to the new website.

If you want to use the domain on a new Shopify store instead, that depends on the reason that the original account is no longer accessible. It sounds like you may have received an email from Shopify explaining the status of the account. If that’s the case, the team handling that ticket will be able to tell you whether or not it’s possible to move the domain to another Shopify store.
