I started my Shopify account and store and already dropped and sold. I cannot get paid due to me lying about my age so I can start it up. I tried to transfer ownership to my parents but it says i have to go take money out of my balance. but i cant provide that since I cant get paid since had lied about my age. I don’t know what to do in this situation

It sounds like you set up Shopify Payments on your store, is that correct? If so, you can contact our support team through the Shopify Help Center to begin the process of transferring account ownership to a parent.
