How can I translate my contact form instructions to Dutch and French?

Hi

I’m currently changing my contact form and I wanted to put a text under ‘message’ with more instructions. It worked, but now I need to translate this text to dutch and french.

Can someone tell me how I need to do that?

Hi! For translation I use LangShop. Check the available languages, but French is there for sure.
