Same issue here, nobody managed to solve this?!

We have the same problem. We cannot use this feature on our site becouse of this. We need option to translate sign up form and order status.

I’m also having this problem. Has there been a response from Shopify yet?

I also want multilingual shopify chat! I think it will make the customers more comfortable, and make the experience more personal!:slight_smile:
