Where do I go to translate the stock items showing on the landing page?

Based on the screenshot you’ve shared it looks as though you’re using a third-party app to populate this text. Which app are you currently using for this? If you’re looking to translate this section it may need to be adjusted directly from within the third-party apps settings in order to reflect on your storefront.
If you’re having issues with translating this text from within the app, not to worry as I can share how to request support from an app developer. The third-party app developer will be in the best position possible to assist with how to translate this text. To request support, first navigate to the Shopify App Store and search for the app in question. Well., I’m not using any 3rd party apps instead my Shopify store is in greek language and everything is translated in the said language apart from this “items sold line”
Should I connect any 3rd party app to translate this like Weglot?

You can try using store translator apps like Weglot, Language Translate - Transcy, or Translate My Store & Currency app to name a few. However, could you double check your Shopify admin > Apps section and let us know what apps you see there. Could you also provide the name of the theme you’re currently using.
