I am really willing to set Shopify Inbox in my store. I think it can be an excellent communication tool to get closer to my customers.
But, all text default are in English and I couldn’t find the way to translate them:
- welcoming “Chat with us” and “Message us”,
- client’s data request “before we get started” window: first name, last name, email address and so on),
- “return to chat” message
- …
All my communication with my clients is in my online store language (Catalan in my case) I think not having everything translated into the communication language in the Inbox tool is a huge lost. It undermines credibility and trust. Is there any way to fix it?
